Early Access Tiers and What Each Includes
College Football 27 early access operates on three tiers. MVP+ Early Access (earliest window) provides 7 days of early access for MVP+ subscription holders, including full game modes, Mascot Mashup instant unlocks, and exclusive MVP+ cosmetic items. Pre-Order Early Access (middle window) provides 3 days of early access for any pre-order edition (Standard, Deluxe, or MVP), including all game modes except MVP+ exclusive content. Full Release (launch day) opens the game to all purchasers regardless of edition.
Progress during early access carries over to the full release on the same platform and account. Dynasty saves, Mascot Mashup unlock progress, Team Builder creations, and Ultimate Team collections persist without reset. Cross-platform progress requires EA account linking and syncs at full release, not during early access windows.
Early access includes all game modes: Dynasty, Road to Glory, Play Now, Mascot Mashup, Coach Mode, Team Builder, and online play. Platform-Specific Launch Windows

Pre-order owners with 3-day access should focus exclusively on Dynasty start and playbook experimentation—skip Road to Glory and Ultimate Team until full release when you have unlimited time.
Download the game and any day-one patches before your access window opens. Pre-load on PlayStation and Xbox begins 48 hours before early access start. PC players should pre-load through Steam or EA App the day before access. Patch downloads during your limited access window waste precious play time.
